Keep City College Free!

In 2016, the voters of San Francisco passed Proposition W to make City College tuition-free to all residents. Now Mayor Farrell's office has said that they will not pay  for free City College this summer. The tax has generated over $45 million for the City -- the program has cost less than the $9 million, well under what the City committed to fund. Yet, Mayor Farrell's office wants to end the program for summer session.

Most City College students are low income. It is shocking that the City would pull the rug out from under to the students of San Francisco. Many students will simply  not continue their education.
