Now, to get this straight, the average house price here in oakland is ridiculously expensive, the average house price cost up to $952,381, now this housing price in here is horribly expensive, now my solution for this problem in oakland (and to stop homeless rate from going up) id suggest we lower the prices for the average male or female person to get a nice comfy housing,is to lower the prices to, maybe to lower it to, 310% (since the average house price is 952,381) then the new house pricing would be about $643.381, so therefore, i think we should lower it to a fair good house price (like the ones in sacramento, they usually cost about 440,00). so thank you for reading this, and one day i hope all of oakland's housing problem, will, be solved, thank you, and goodbye <3.
