This Ordinance prevents female adults under 21, from being able to Dance at Adult Entertainment establishments and forces strike fees in order for those over 21 to receive a license. The law is strictly for revenue and to make it harder for women to find work as an entertainer under 21 and out of state workers. Also raises license fee’s of the establishment just to cover more costs of Police raids to enforce the law and will revoke licenses for smallest infractions.
