The refund is a sham. I am a 12 month user and have received a credit on my presto card. the problem is that I cannot use it towards payment of my monthly fee of 143 dollars. The people with month to month passes can apply the credit and get money off but in order for me to do it I have to cancel my 12 month card, buy a regular month to month card for a month and the credit can be used for that and then I have to reinstate myself on the 12 month program. ridiculous. they can calculate the amount each pass holder gets reimbursed but the best customers cannot use it towards the cost of the metropass.

Every time we call to get a refund it’s passed the refund date. Ttc charged my VISA today the 23rd for next months Metropass. That’s so unfair. We called today and they wouldn’t refund us. It is over a week until next month. They are fu***in ridiculous. Makes us not want to use ttc. and just drive since we do have a car. .

Very limited travel while working from home - some medical appointments and shopping errand's 2 or 3 days a week - but walking the majority of the time.

I've been a Metropass user for 30 years, and on the discount plan as soon as it was introduced. The TTC is 'my car', I often say. I'm a huge transit advocate and have stuck with the TTC through thick and thin. But due to Covid-19 I haven't stepped on a bus or subway since March 19 (doing my civic duty) and would appreciate a refund for the balance of March. Please, help those of us who have kept you guys in business all these years. Thanks

I tried to cancel, but forgot about deadline, and then it was too late. It's very tough right now, and it would certainly help to get something back.

I had a monthly pass since I used TTC daily to get to my job/school plus beavers plus other things before going home. I’m a broke student. I need this money back

I'm disappointed that Presto and TTC have not made the goodwill gesture to refund March pass holders other than those with annual purchase plans. I think TTC and Metrolink ought to do the right thing. And you wonder why people fare jump.
