This petition replaces government or internal committees who review its own members conduct within the Police department with willing and unbiased citizens of the local city and/or County. This change will help ensure human rights and social justice is carried out within the community in a fair and just manner when an incident of misconduct occurs involving a police officer within the city and/or county in which they serve.
