The New Seasons Opioid clinic (Methadone clinic) has been in its current location for over 7 years. In the past Orange county would move these clinics to various parts of the county so as to not negatively affect one area. Statistics show that within the area of the clinic crime is higher than it is just .5 miles away in Baldwin Park and Winter Park. Old Cheney highway from 436/Semoran to Colonial has had an increasing number of arrests for prostitution and drug-related crimes. Homeless camps, car break-ins, and numerous other issues have occurred due to the increase of homeless and other vagrants in the area. We must demand that Orange County move this clinic so we can retake back our neighborhood. Orange County Sheriffs have arrested and the State Attorney will not convict.
