Demand that pay be increased for Eufaula Fire & Rescue employees! These firefighters and paramedics work so many long hours, away from their families for a pay rate that’s absolutely shameful. These brave men and women risk their lives for this community, suffer from long term PTSD, and often have to work many hours of overtime on top of their regular shift in order to provide for family (some even work an extra job to compensate). Let’s show these men and women the respect they deserve by giving them a pay they can actually provide their family on! Mayor Tibbs, these men and women care for your tourists AND community. Show them they matter!!
