Since my case is finally dismissed i just wanna say:

In February of this year i was illegally pulled, searched for no reason, and assaulted by a Kenly Police Officer (Larry Holland Badge# 845). He followed me all the way from the ball field to my home road where he pulled me.

For my safety i did pull into a area where family was around. When pulled he couldn’t give me a valid reason why, He proceeded to say “why the hell would i drive past him like that” so i replied ” i wasn’t speeding my truck is just loud” he agreed i wasn’t speeding then it went from that to he thought he smelled weed and asked me could he search the car, i complied. At this point i could tell he was just trying to find something so i again asked why did he pull me, he ignored me and so i asked could he call his supervisor because i was uncomfortable and i rather have someone here because that is MY RIGHT. he proceeded to snicker under his breath “yeah rights YOU PEOPLE shouldn’t have” (by you people i don’t know if he meant BLACK or LGBT). So again i asked could he get a supervisor or tell me what i did , he replied no so i myself called 911 and asked for a supervisor or some type of backup or could they stay on the phone because i didn’t feel safe AT ALL. Backup was “5mins away” and was sent. During them coming he came back to my window this time WEARING A BODY CAM. He then said i need to hand him my keys because he was taking my truck to impound it because my tags were no good and i had no insurance which was UNTRUE i had just switched my insurance and knew i was covered so i told him no i wouldn’t step out the vehicle until backup had arrived because he was making me nervous from the start and i didn’t want to give my keys to him but i would release them to anyone else. He did NOT like that , he began to open my door and try to force me out of my car so i shut it fast and locked it , i said “sir backup is on the way can you please wait i will gladly give it to them and have my own wrecker to get it” he said ”no i called a wrecker this jeep will be mine” i could tell he had very i’ll intent toward me just for the jeep. After this comment he proceed to reach in my jeep and grab the keys out the ignition and i beat him to them and stuffed them under my legs where he couldn’t grab them, i tried to call 911 again to ask about backup but while doing this he started to grab me through my window , i immediately went into defense mode but i never once hit him or gave any sort of backlash i was just not letting him grab me out my window. i screamed stop and help and i’m waiting for your supervisor but he didn’t care he kept saying ”if you can’t give me the keys you’re resisting arrest” and that not getting out was resisting although the 911 operator told me to stay in the car until backup has arrived and notify him that i called for it� so let me shorten this up LARRY HOLLAND KENLY POLICE OFFICER unlocked my door , handcuffed me to my steering wheel(told me to get out after� like how sir), leg shackled me, tried to throw me on the ground, choked me with my hoodie, broke my wrist, slammed my head against my truck(i’ve had many concussions so this is a biggie), oh there’s so much more but i got assaulted for being a BLACK MALE with a LOUD TRUCK something you see 25/8 in JOCO but because i’m “THOSE PEOPLE” i am the sore thumb. The officer proceed to try to ruin my life by saying i physically assaulted him although he had NO SCRATCHES or anything, he also claimed i gave him a heart attack yet he DROVE HIMSELF to the hospital (i seen him come in when i left). but with all this being said i am going to post the videos because my story needs to be heard and someone needs to stand up to the Kenly Police and LARRY HOLLAND DOES NOT DESERVE TO HOLD ANYONES BADGE , he is a racist prick of a man who lies to try to make himself look good but god bless him for using his body cam when he attacked me and thank his i had my phone recording from the start. Please share my story and tag news outlets. The amount of things i’ve been through since this altercation is ridiculous there is so much more to tell but please BLACK KINGS PROTECT YOURSELF ,record if you get pulled it could save your life , you feel uncomfortable call 911. This almost ruined my clean record he was trying to give me a FELONY i had to pay for a lawyer just for him to not show up to court and when he did and evidence was presented they didn’t want to fight it because he was in the wrong so please help me share this story it only takes a share! Many others have had issues with this officer !
