Since online learning started many of us had faced and are facing unimaginable stress, anxiety, and depression. Many of these are caused by overwork and workload from our own works and Whatmore from schools, universities, and colleges whose deadline of submissions was shortened up until 11:59 the same day the assignments were assigned. Due to this, there were cases of suicides brought from different schools especially in universities and colleges in the Philippines. (https://uplbperspective.org/2021/10/30/no-fury-so-loud-how-many-deaths-will-it-take-for-education-officials-to-listen/ To avoid these kinds of horrible cases, health breaks or health week for students and teachers must be mandatory for every educational institution such as schools, universities, and colleges. This break will help the students and teachers to rest mentally, emotionally physically, and have time for themselves. I've made and started this petition because I, myself am a student who experienced and is experiencing this and I wanted to start a change to avoid deaths because student's, teacher's and everyone's lives matter
