It is time for change. The current process is not benefiting Norwalk at all. The City has yet to address a very simple and Key question we keep asking - Why doesn't the City just tear up the LDA? What is/and where is their analysis regarding why tearing up the LDA is detrimental to Norwalk?

As a former trial attorney in NY and CT, I wholly endorse mediation as a viable, more efficient and less expensive way to resolve lawsuits. There is no downside. Period.

Stop wasting taxpayers money when it can go to resources to support the community.

Let’s try to move these lawsuits along through mediation. What have we got to lose? It’s costing us a fortune to continue through the court systems. Who wins? Certainly not the taxpayers.

I agree the eyesore should be transformed into a viable bulding. It is too good a community to ignore this situation.
