25th Street & Cache Road leading into the Heritage Creek development has over 30 pot holes. Some of the holes are more than 12 inches deep and over 2 feet wide. The damage being done to peoples’ vehicles is getting out of control.  City vehicles use this road, school buses use this road, and it’s time it’s fixed properly.  The city claims the road is private, but when Flower Mound was being expanded, the city needed this road for residents to get around to this side of town, so they took care of the road. 3 months ago when complaints started to come into the city, they deemed it a private road and will no longer repair it. The City didn’t notify the community as to who owns the road. Just that they will no longer repair a road they have fixed for the past 40 years. We are asking that everyone in Heritage Creek sign this petition to be given to the Mayor and City Manager to repair the road.
