Legendary voice actor Don Messick was born in Buffalo, N.Y.

He was the voice actor for the majority of Hanna Barbera cartoon characters. This includes Scooby Doo.

Im pretty sure this means Buffalo absolutely needs a statue of Scooby Doo. Probably in like Cazenovia park, tift nature preserve, or like maybe LaSalle by the skatepark. 

I mean, he could even replace that Columbus one that got taken down last year, thatd be pretty tight. To be honest i cant think of a better replacement. Maybe even a series of scooby statues around Buffalo. Like different scoobys doing different things in different areas. 

Itd be cool to have in general and tourists could take pictures or whatever at the waterfront with another statue of the scoob down there. We could have a find all the scoobys thing going on.

I dont know man. I think we have a really good thing here to work with. It could be a whole vibe. Buffalo could really do with more scooby doo.
