Change begin with us ,Black men are vulnerable and are not safe in the hands of the system. They are not even safe in the neighborhood they were born, raised, play and or live. NYPD and officers around the world has shown the lack of respect towards Black men in the community they patrol. We need a reform to have respect for all humanity in all forms. It begins with NYPD to become model Citizen and Cops. NYPD Thug Cop Francisco Garcia lacks that respect with his latest action against 33yr old Donnie Wright. When he decided to flex his badge beating Mr. Wright, like he didn't mean anything to his family. Protect our Black men starting with this officer toxic job.  Garcia has a history of beating and terrorizing Black People. NYPD loves him for his actions towards Blacks. This is why he isn't fired.
