Change the name of the Governor Mario M. Cuomo Bridge back to Tappan Zee Bridge

Change the name of the Governor Mario M. Cuomo Bridge back to Tappan Zee Bridge
We would like to change the name of the Governor Mario M. Cuomo Bridge (located at I-287, Tarrytown, NY 10591) as it currently stands to remind us of the disgrace of the Governorship of his son, Andrew M. Cuomo. On June 29th, 2017, Andrew Cuomo was successful in renaming this bridge after his late father even though they were many residents of Rockland and Westchester Counties who were very vocal about their opposition to this name change. Only 14.7% of people supported this change. As of November 2017, 100,000 people signed another Change.org petition to change the name back. The bridge was originally referred to as the Tappan Zee Bridge and we would like to see the original name restored.
Andrew Cuomo has recently resigned from his role of Governor of New York on August 10th, 2021 due to the allegations against him involving sexual harassment from 11 women. Additionally, his administration dishonestly tried to cover up the fact that thousands of vulnerable, elderly people have died of Covid-19 on his watch. We should not honor this family who is guilty of this kind of behavior by naming a bridge after them.
As a result, we feel that this bridge's name should be changed back to its original name: The Tappan Zee Bridge.
