The imposition of mandatory vaccination passports and mandatory testing for COVID-19 prior to entry of civic facilities and participation in activities in those facilities has created division in our community contributing to the promotion of hatred directed toward those citizens and visitors to our city who have chosen to not disclose their private medical information and or remain unvaccinated. Your decision has been undertaken without regard for the consequences of imposing these restrictions and is based on fear mongering and scapegoating these men, women and children. This promotion of hatred toward an identifiable group is in fact a violation of the Criminal Code of Canada.

The COVID-19 vaccine authorized for use under an emergency health order is not licensed, has not been adequately assessed for long term safety and effectiveness and has resulted in the injury of significant portions of our population ranging from mild to extreme including death.

We, the undersigned residents of Prince Albert and surrounding Districts call upon the immediate and unconditional removal of any and all requirements including mandatory vaccine passports and testing for COVID-19 for entry and participation within civic facilities.
