Going down central you can see homeless people begging for money off the freeway or in their tents living and littering. This affects the looks of Watts because when people get off the freeway they already think this neighborhood is bad. When they see this it scares them to even want to look around and see different.
Solution
This can be solved by building more homeless shelters or trying to get the ones off the streets with mental problems and get them help if they want it also give them jobs to help get them off their feet.
