I want to make aware in my community public eye and also prevention methods that need to improve because there are to many deaths in teenagers and adults that are not accounted for in the long run . Not a lot of people know about the problems that suicidal patients have such as depression , stress , incidents that will lead them too or more depressed in mental health stages . I want to help families not just my own but others worldwide use different approaches to work towards gaining a comfort level to talk more about suicide and prevention ways to help . I care because i have a lot of issues in my family with mental illness and i want to achieve different goals and set a example that if we can do it you can too as well . Lets stand together to make people aware of whats going on in this field . Suicide is something people look up as just strangulation or drowning , but no its not just that its often carried out as a result of despair mental disorder such as depression , bipolar disorder , schizophrenia , borderline personality disorder , alcoholism or drug abuse . If we catch all these signs head on we won't have to deal with other issues such as death in the long run . Making sure that our brothers cousins and or family members have the comfort that they need they will be more comfortable in coming and telling us when things in there life may be going wrong or upsetting to them . Gaining a relationship where they can talk about anything is important and making sure they have the help they need to come to there senses to not make more sensible decisions .
