Introduce compulsory mental health checks for secondary school children

Every year, thousands of mental health problems aren't diagnosed and lead to numerous problems in the lives of many teenagers, who's problems continue into their adult years. In 2015, 231 people committed suicide between the ages of 10-19. I am calling for compulsory biannual mental health checks to be introduced for children from ages 10-18, in order to ensure that no mental health problem in a child remains covered. I care about this because after seeing many personal friends experience their own battles with mental health problems. It's time to change.
