PETITION IN SUPPORT OF THE COMMUNITY INITIATED
KAHIKINUI KULEANA SUPPORT PLAN AND
KAHIKINUI UNGULATE REMOVAL PROPOSAL,
By signing this petition I state that I strongly support and urge the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands Commission, to approve the Kahikinui Kuleana Support Plan in conjunction with the Kahikinui Ungulate Removal Proposal in order to assist the Kahikinui Community with homestead project assistance and removal of ungulates from the homestead, as well as the Kahikinui Forest (area between Homestead and Kahua). I support the Kahikinui Ungulate Removal Propsal which states that a percentage of the animals captured will be available to help sustain the Kahikinui Homestead Community. I trust and support that these said plans/proposals are in the best interests of the Kahikinui Homestead Community and that the monies generated by them go towards developing roads, fire breaks, fencing and other urgent community needs.
