I do not want to handle goey-headed dolls. Feels unpleasant. Possibly harmful ... it should NOT occur. Please STOP using glue.

We pay a lot for these dolls and we shouldn't have to go through so much trouble to be able to touch the hair. It's really gross! Old dolls' hair holds onto the head just fine, no glue required. Please revert to whatever method you used before. I find this important because I feel fear whenever I buy a new MH doll to see she's made in Indonesia, I recently got an Elissabat and she's my favourite by far. When I brushed her hair the quality was heartbreakingly terrible. Hair strands were plugged at both ends so it was full of loops I needed to pull out, knots too. And when I took her out of the box I already seen signs of Grease. I wonder if Mattel even notice when people are talking about this, they haven't stopped. This is pretty serious and I really hope it ends very soon...

This glue is nasty and sticky! When I buy a brand new doll for myself (a collector) or my daughter, It upsets me that her hair might be nasty and sticky. Not to mention the hazards of my little one getting this residue in her mouth! These dolls are not cheap and we shouldn't have to spend so much time trying to fix them!

I will have to replace my dolls affected by this glue as it is getting worse with their hair and ruining them - what a waste of hard earned money! Mattel you can and should do better than this!
