The walk-in service at Belmont Health Centre is being closed this November. The service currently caters for about 500 patients a week. There was no public consultation on this closure, and currently 26% of Harrow residents wait more than a week to see a GP. We demand Harrow CCG reverses its decision to close the walk-in at Belmont.

We had a petition against the closure of the Walk in Centre at the Alexandra Avenue Health and Social Care Centre last year which is still ongoing. We were assured that the walk in clinics at the Belmont Health Care Centre and the Pinn Medical Centre would remain, but that does not seem to be the case.
