Colin Revell started this petition to Matt Hancock and Robert Jenrick and

There are over 2,600 autistic and learning disabled children and adults incarcerated in hospitals being abused of their equality and basic human rights.

Transforming Care was supposed to reduce these numbers, but they are on the increase.

Autistic and Learning Disabled People deserve the protection of human rights to choose to live in their own homes in their communities.

It's costing millions of pounds of NHS funding to incarerate autistic and learning disabled people in hospitals, who, as I said experience abuse, including restraints, segregation from rest of other service users and they are heavily drugged and sedated on inappropriate anti psychotic and others drugs which cause adverse side effects and been fatalistic in some cases.

I would like you to call upon Matt Hancock and Robert Jenrick with the DHSC, EHRC and CQC to release and provide homes and independent living in the community and protect their equality and basic human rights which in inscribed within the UN Convention for Rights of Disabled People and within Autism Act and both the Equality and Human Rights Acts.
