Ayaan Asim started this petition to Matt Hancock

The NHS saturated with patients suffering from Self induced diseases or issues, correlating to their poor lifestyle choices, preventing the treatment of those enduring autonomous issues without any self participation.I conclude this as extremely unfair to those agonising due to someone else's poor decisions.
My solution to this issue is to implement a point based healthcare system where the distribution of time and consultation is based on the severity of the issue but also the degree of self-infliction.
For example, a patient demanding treatment of heart disease due to relentless use of cigarettes or drug abuse will be prioritised less than someone with congenital heart defects.
However, illnesses and issues related to the mental state and stability of a patient will be taken into account, those suffering from mental health issues aren't to be fully accountable for mistakes and bad decisions made whilst within a state with a vital need for assistance.
Not only is this a more ethical system but i also believe it will consequence a decrease in the percentage of the population indulging in harmful activity or substances.
This issue is especially imperative to me as my cousin recently required medical attention for a tumor growing in his arm, but was involuntarily compelled to wait in torment as they treat a renowned alcoholic and drug abuser for pancreatitis.
Would love to hear your opinions and/or support for this concept
