Tell the Columbia Chamber it is past time to move on from The Crossing Church

The Columbia Chamber of Commerce continues to hold events at the Crossing Church, even after The Crossing Church gave a sermon which condemned LGBTQ+, Trans, and Non-Binary people on On Sunday, October 13, 2019.
Since then True/False Film Festival, Ragtag Cinema, and Sager Braudis Gallery, among other have cut ties with The Crossing.
Chamber Events should be a welcoming place for all its members, non members and the larger community, and as long as events are held at The Crossing Church, they are not welcoming to the LGBTQ+ Community
One has to ask why the Chamber has not cut ties with The Crossing Church? So I asked the Chambers Chair – Matt Garrett, and his answer was that he had only heard from 3 people, including myself, that had expressed any misgivings about the Chamber holding events at the Crossing.
So I ask you to send a clear message to the Chamber.... IT IS TIME TO CUT TIES WITH THE CROSSING CHURCH !
If it is the The Crossing Church's views on LGBTQ+ issues you care about, it is time for The Chamber to cut ties with The Crossing Church
If You just believe that the Chamber should not be holding events in a Church at all, it is time for The Chamber to cut ties with The Crossing Church
No matter what your reason is, Let the Columbia Chamber know that it is time for The Chamber to cut ties with The Crossing Church.
