This petition is about the unfair, abusive, and/or inhuman treatment of Tenants. Please sign this petition if you agree that our building manager abuses power and wish for all building managers to learn from this to stop mistreating tenants.We at Vuselela place have had many incidents where we speak to the building who is always drunk and he refuses to listen of resorts to fights and shouting. The abuse continues both emotionally and we believe no tenants should be going through what we are goinv through here at Vuselela place. Although we  need the place it must not come at a cost of our peace. We appeal to management at City to assist by removing Matimba as our Building Manager.We report broken things it takes forever to get them fixed when we follow up he tells us as long as its written in book it will fixed.We have been tenants here and we would like to continue staying herw but Vuselela is going straight to the bin.

We have dirty passages broken doors anyone can come in and out of the building securities have no control over  anything as no machines are working.We have increasing theft on the washing lines.We have kids playing and making noise everywhere.The abuse that comes from our Building manager and his lack of respect for tenants.We the people need assurance that we are safe and our families. The people are mistreated and taken advantage of. The people are overlooked and abused for basic things that take only minutes to fix .This has to stop The workforce abuse needs to stop. The power abuse needs to stop. It is time to change this one petition at a time.
