This petition is to ban the use of all military grade tear gas and mace dispensed from launcher style weapons as well as manually propelled within the boarders of Natick Massachusetts, Middlesex County and the entirety of The Commonwealth Of Massachusetts. 

Under both the Geneva Convention signed world wide at the completion of World War II, as well as the demilitarization of local police force bill introduced and passed by the Obama administration, these weapons have been banned in the use of warfare, yet not on American citizens.

I ask for you to lend your support and signature to the immediate outlaw of all mace and tear gas canisters as use of riot and crowd control. This is not a ban on personal use and permitted concealed carry of these products.
