The Massachusetts House of Representative and the Massachusetts Senate should have a 15% tax rate for in person sports betting and a 30% tax rate for online betting. House and Senate have disagreed on this for months, and these numbers are in the middle. Also we want out of state college betting. The House wants all college betting and the senate wants none. Preventing in state betting could prevent the ethical concerns of the Senate. It’s time to be the 36th state to legalize sports betting.
