Feb 15, 2013 — Elaine Arsenault, his partner of four years, has launched a petition drive to help get him out. He has hearing before the parole board to review his life sentence March 12.
Arsenault said when she asked people to sign the petition they were stunned. They had assumed he was free after being exonerated.

So far, 764 have signed it and posted comments praising Petigny-Perry as a person and for the work he has done.
