After watching yet another student athlete struggle to breathe through her mask today, it is high time to call on MIAA to immediately remove the mask mandates for sports in the state of Massachusetts. 

If you have kids in winter sports, you have the pleasure of witnessing the chin-strap charade. The obedient children dutifully run the court/field/rink with their mask over the nose as they struggle to breathe...most kids push the mask under their mouths until scolded by the official. As our kids trade sweat and roll around on the ground for an hour...the masks are at best useless and at worst cruel. Let's end this and help our kids breathe again.

At the end of this Omicron wave, most student athletes will have had more than enough exposure to Covid, let's stop this vanity effort immediately.
