To help stop the spread of Covid-19, MTA need to shut down for at least 2 weeks. The homeless is out of control, making it hard for essential employees to practice social distancing. You are putting your employees and their families at risk by keeping the system running. More and more MTA workers are getting sick and dying. New Yorkers need to stay home and as long as they have a means of transportation, such as your buses and subway system, they will continue to be out and about. Right now, MTA is an enabler and basically hurting the process. The longer MTA wait to shut the system, the longer it will take for NYC to fight this. MTA you are not helping the city, you're hurting the city!!!
