Cumberland Valley School District is continuing to refuse the choice to not wear a mask. Students and staff should be given the liberty to have a choice. Not only are our Constitutional Rights being obstructed, but our Human Rights as well. Choosing to not wear a mask or not properly wear a mask, is followed by the discrimination by both students and staff. Discrimination is frequently an issue here at CV, students should not have to worry about being judged because of their CHOICE to not wear or not properly wear a mask. As one of your peers I believe a school board should not be able to take our rights away!
