This is what we face: less hours, loss of income and having to drive ungodly distances to work with brand new teams and be trained on brand new tasks. The majority of us do NOT want this. This is NOT cost-efficient for management either. Not to mention how chaotic the process has been. They have changed bid sheets THREE times in less than 24 hours! This is CHAOS! It is time to make our voices heard to both management and our union. We need to propose departmental bids in lieu of this chaotic approach, that is where each department's employees bid on their own positions with their OWN people before they open up for staff from other departments. That is, if you work at Largo, you get first chance to bid at Largo. If you work at Tysons, you get first chance to bid at Tysons and so on... This is far more humane to the majority of us. Also, LEAVE the scheduling to the supervisors. They know what works! Upper management needs to listen to us collectively. Our union, whose dues we have faithfully paid need to take us into account. WHEN you sign this petition,  you are agreeing that: you want departmental bidding for ROUND 1 AND that you vote to leave the scheduling to the supervisors
