Our swimmers don't feel safe.  

We are letting them down -- BIG TIME.

Maryland Swimming is allowing an official who has admitted to violating Safe Sport, repeatedly and knowingly, force himself into swim meets under the potential threat of legal action. 

This official admitted to the wrongdoing to the US Center for SafeSport.  Since he cooperated and admitted to the acts, the center gave him a year of probation for his assistance.  

This probation allows him to still access the pool deck, and our swimmers, without limitations.  

This official has made swimmers, coaches, parents, and officials uncomfortable with his actions, words, and presence.  

Help us let Maryland Swimming know our swimmers matter and that it is their job to help keep them safe!
