This petition is for the people , Requesting Maryland Labor Secretary Tiffany Robinson and Governor Larry Hogan to fix the problem and stop working against us. Maryland unemployment have made absolute questionable decisions. As a Maryland resident, witness to the unruly process that was adhere to us claimants. Unemployment has closed ,denied,made claimants reopen/reapply already open claims just to close claims again. Unemployment also changed alot of claimants claims from PUA TO UI after reapplying/reopening claims , live agents puts in tickets and adjudicator is not processing anything in timely manner if not at all , Beacon not letting you in on your turn when notified , claimants still waiting after 5 months or more for job to respond to be resolved ,appealing for jobs already resolved,  some claimants never recieve any form of payment with no explaination, documents not in portal, emails and phone calls are never being answered. Its has impacted all claimants of Maryland Unemployment . The communities are struggling, eviction notices ,rent,bills,etc are still at a all time high. The back to work plan will still have communities struggling with a job like myself because everyone having to catch up with back bills etc..its still a Pandemic!!
