I think we should be able to have a four-day schedule of school. There are already states that have passed this law and I believe Maryland’s should follow behind. “Proponents of four-day school weeks say that even though cost savings are minimal, they are achieved. District administrators also claim that the appeal of a four-day work week helps recruit teachers in areas where it is consistently difficult to attract new staff.” (ncsl.org) I totally agree with this argument, students will be able to attend school more often. Also, they will be able to get more rest, most students are really tired during the school day. I go to bed early and yet I’m still exhausted and tired from school. This is what I think should happen and ignore you agree, please sign this petition.
