This is getting very scary and ridiculous. CPS needs to step back and focus on kids who are actually in danger. CPS in these cases becomes the abuser. Keep your hands off our happy, well-cared for children!

Because we are innocent until proven guilty and this "unsubstantiated" category is bogus!

Let's find a way to focus resources for child protection where they are most needed.

CPS needs to focus on dealing with and preventing cases of ACTUAL neglect, as opposed to parents who feel that giving their kids some earned freedom and independence is neglect.

Children need independence to develop. Play dates are ridiculous. Kids should just be able to go play.

CPS needs boundaries & oversight, and parents need protection from the CPS egos who have something to prove.

I'm signing, because CPS should use their time (and our taxpayer money) to look out for real problems such as drug abuse and violence against children, instead of wasting time telling good parents to impose a police state over their children.

Good, attentive parents shouldn't have to fear CPS. They're so busy furthering political agendas and hitting quotas that the kids in real danger are suffering and dying.
