Stop Cuts To Outpatient Behavioral Health Services In Oklahoma
0 have signed. Let’s get to 1,000!
Rampant gutting of outpatient behavioral health services by the ODMHSAS/OHCA have cut numerous services to low income families in Oklahoma. The latest round would cut case management services. These are services that assist consumers with locating and utilizing community resources for safe and adequate housing, food, help with bills, resources for completing GEDs and/or technical training and so on.
The proposed cuts would slash services to Oklahoma's neediest consumers by 95%. The hope right now is that Governor Fallin will not sign the policy change when it is presented to her. The OHCA authorities will meet on August 10th to make this cut targeting outpatient services official. The information will then be presented to Governor Fallin to review and sign. Cuts go take effect immediately upon her signature.
Please show your support for those in need in our state by signing this petition asking Governor Fallin to not sign the cuts proposed by the OHCA. Help us slow the brutal cuts to outpatient services that have continued for years. Thank you.
