I think Bucky Barnes should have his own movie because he has an interesting storyline from how he became the Winter Soldier during World War II and when the Captain America movies, and Winter Soldier and Falcon (the tv show)  came out it was mostly about his life after Hydra dismantled. I would like to see and hope others would want to see the missions and people he effected during his time with Hydra instead of a few clips being shown.
