Over the past 4 years Scopely has changed their name, bought smaller companies, and made efforts to create a solid game. In the last year the game has become about greed, problems, poor customer service, but all of it creates a breach in contract between the players and the game company. Numerous problems have errupted due to incompetent programmers and lack of testing of game mechanics and product available through multiple platforms. Scopely treats the players as Beta testers constantly putting out content that is not ready. They lead the players on telling them about compensation and method to reduce or eliminate advantages give to some players. 

This petition is to show the number of people adversely affected by the developers. To Show Scopely how many people want a refund for products purchased and time spent waiting for the day when things went right.
