Tell Marvel Comics to drop its partnership with major weapons manufacturer! #BoycottMarvel

Marvel Comics, the creative force behind beloved superheroes like Spider-Man, the X-Men, and the Guardians of the Galaxy, recently announced a partnership with the supervillain-esque arms manufacturer Northrop Grumman.
Marvel made its name telling interesting, contemporary stories that reflected the real world. Fans might recall that in the first Iron Man film, Tony Stark shut down his weapons manufacturing division because of its legacy of death and destruction.
Northrop Grumman, meanwhile, is the kind of mega-billion-dollar weapons company that Iron Man, Wolverine, and the rest are consistently trying to stop. It literally builds bombs that kill people, en masse, every day.
It is the fifth-largest weapons manufacturer in the world.
Stan Lee and others built Marvel on hope and idealism. On fighting the bad guys. On promoting a better way.
That way does not include weapons-partnerships for kids. Tell Marvel to drop this partnership and return to telling positive stories.
And maybe get rid of the diabolical supervillain who clearly infiltrated their ranks to pull this off in the first place. Anyone seen the Green Goblin lately?

We are Marvel fans. We are movie fans. We love comics, superheroes, big-screen spectacle, video games, action figures, lunch boxes, cool t-shirts, the way Hugh Jackman scowls when he's playing Wolverine.
What we don't like is having real world evil seep into our comic book pages. It's bad enough that you've partnered with a major weapons manufacturer for some ugly corporate synergy. It's worse that it's specifically targeted at children. Please reconsider this decision, or lose a lot of the good faith earned over the past 75 years or so of publishing.
Spider-Man would be sad.
