Each day in our nation, there are an average of over 3,041 attempts by young people grades 9-12

We have educated students on sex ed and the dangers of drugs but we never educate students on the dangers of the mind. There is a huge stigma around mental health, but if we educate from youth it will be openly accepted. We need to start a conversation between the growing youth that will lead to more concern for mental illnesses and a solution.

Suicide is the third leading cause of death for 15- to 24-year-olds and the sixth leading cause of death for 5- to 14-year-olds.

  1. This issue starts in youth and could be impacting your child. We have to introduce them to the world of mental health and resources they can rely on.

What can we do?

We will fund assemblies where people will talk about the affects of mental health quarterly. This will provide someone as an outlet to speak out. We need this to help us take control of our future.
