I recently filed an EEO complaint against a supervisor for discrimination. Since this complaint, I have been forced to work under his supervision and endure retaliation. My requests to be transferred have been denied. There needs to be a law prohibiting an employee from having to work under the supervision of the person they filed a complaint against.
