There are currently 68 counties in the State of Iowa that legalized the use of UTV/ATV’s on rural secondary roads. Marshall county needs to be added onto that list. Many people use these side by sides for work, plowing snow, watering trees in a remote area, recreation, or just taking the family on a Sunday afternoon cruise. Many restaurants, bars, grocery stores and gas stations could benefit from the economic impact this would bring. Many other counties in Iowa hold UTV/ATV poker runs or fundraisers that help benefit an organization or fire departments, and currently in Marshall County that is illegal to do. Please sign the petition and contact the Marshall County Board of Supervisors and tell them you are in favor of UTV/ATV’s on Rural Secondary Roads!!
