I, as many people have, have had an awful experience with Markerstudy insurance underwriters. They are dishonest in their practice, even instruction from the ombudsman are not followed. They are ripping off customers who are lawfully insuring their vehicles. Communication is poor, there are multiple discrepancies in their practice. The overall process has caused a lot of stress and emotional strain for many of their customers who do not realise they will be involved with this company.

I believe government involvement is required as Markerstudy are not treating their customers fairly or justly. The whole process requires an overhaul.
