Alfred University is far too good at sweeping students concerns and issues with the school under the rug. This University consistently belittles its students and disregard the complaints and concerns from STUDENTS.  

I find it extremely immoral, unethical, and classist to expect us to pay for a parking pass, and the ungodly amount of tickets given. We are broke, we are not made of money, we are already thousands of dollars in debt because of the university. Especially the fact that we are in a global pandemic, a minimal amount off jobs are offered, its even more unethical to expect students to pay out of pocket for so many things when we pay an upsurd amount in tuition. We have bigger things to deal with as a University that stressing the students out with random and unfair tickets. 

This petition is to have the students voices on campus be heard, for their voices not to be muted as they usually are. If you agree with the fact that public safetys parking policies are unfair, biased, and classist sign this petition. I reiterate, we are in debt because of attending this University, and making us pay an extra $100 for a pass is UNETHICAL. LETS CHANGE IT.
