Improve Facebook's enforcement of Community Standards

Dear Mark and Sheryl,
Facebook has given us an unprecedented connection to friends, relatives, and the world. It is my preferred platform for marketing and for getting the word out to people. It is also where I've seen some of the most ugly behavior.
For example, promotion of terrorism is a serious problem on Facebook. To make matters worse, when reported, Facebook's initial response is to often leave the offending material online. The reviewer will say that it didn't violate Community Standards when it clearly did. Having to complain at least twice is the norm for me to stop pro-terrorism posts, specifically against Israel, on Facebook. As a Jewish man, I find this concerning. As Jewish people yourselves, this should be very concerning.
While the offending content violates Community Standards, it is not being properly reviewed and enforced, resulting in a perception (whether correct or not) that Facebook does not care about the problem.
I recommend you to announce a comprehensive review and change in enforcement policies that will effectively resolve this issue. Israeli people (and all people, for that matter) deserve to feel safe and cared for on Facebook!
