Ban ALL LIVES SPLATTER memes on social media for inciting violence

Starting in 2017 with the increasing strength of the Black Lives Matter movement and a large number of protesters began to take to roadways. As a gesture of frustration at the interruption of traffic the “All Lives Splatter” meme depicting vehicles running over protesters began to proliferate on social media and it is very easy to get the meme on a T-shirt. I’m sure a lot of people think it’s a joke but it isn’t funny and plays a role in inciting vehicular violence against protesters. Some times with fatal consequences. Just last night two Seattle women in a Black Lives Matter women’s march were viciously mowed down by a car ignoring multiple barricades to enter a freeway that was closed to vehicular traffic. One woman remains in critical condition and one in serious condition.
This seemingly harmless meme is no longer a joke. Stop the proliferation of this violent meme.
