I have received valuable life changing help from a community service organisation that relies on donations every year to remain in service, and there are so many people in need of help.

As a person of lived experience of mental health issues, "diagnosis" and because I'm a sessional academic who speaks to how social justice and the social determinants of health are a major contributor to our distress and what actually holds us in distress patterns. Homelessness is a mutually inclusive proponent of our societal problems with health.

Opening our borders not only endangers our people, but also our economy, which will affect Australia as a whole if our mining operations go down. It's pretty basic, so why is the Federal government siding with Clive Palmer to bring our borders down?

How we care for those in need is a sign of how civilised our society is. It is often the most vulnerable who suffer significant hardships. Let’s help them. Please.
