The director, Herb Simmons, has overstepped his authority by creating a covid19 snitch list on 3 May.  It is believed that this list is outside of his authority and extremely un-American and tyrannical. When confronted with our concerns, he was very dismissive. As a resident of St. Clair I feel the only viable solution is the removal or resignation of Mr. Simmons since he has demonstrated that he is not fit to lead said office. We also ask that the Google Form be taken down ASAP!
