We the fans and shareholders of the Green Bay Packers are tired of the declining results and performance of our team. We attribute this decline directly to the lack of leadership by Mike McCarthy, Ted Thompson and Dom Capers. All 3 have outlasted their usefulness to the organization and no longer have the ability to manage, coach, inspire or lead our team and it's players to winning anymore championships or Superbowls. At the end of the 2016 we petition the Executive Board and the Board of Directors to immediately make their positions available for hiring replacements, hopefully men who will build up the team, and bring it back up to the level of an NFL Franchise the Stockholders and fans will have confidence and pride in.
